Serves 4
Ingredients:
- White tuna – 2 cans (unsalted, packed in water and drained)
- Celery – ½ cup (diced)
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
- Lettuce – 4 leaves
- Mayonnaise – 1/3 cup (fat free)
- Whole wheat bread – 8 slices
Preparation Method:
- Combine flaked tuna, lemon juice, celery and mayonnaise in a bowl and keep aside.
- Now take a slice of bread, place1 lettuce leaf on it and top up with ¼ of the above prepared tuna mixture. Cover with another bread slice.
- Prepare all other sandwiches the same manner and serve immediately.
