Tuna Salad Sandwiches

Tuna-Salad-Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • White tuna – 2 cans (unsalted, packed in water and drained)
  • Celery – ½ cup (diced)
  • Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
  • Lettuce – 4 leaves
  • Mayonnaise – 1/3 cup (fat free)
  • Whole wheat bread – 8 slices

 

Preparation Method:

  • Combine flaked tuna, lemon juice, celery and mayonnaise in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Now take a slice of bread, place1 lettuce leaf on it and top up with ¼ of the above prepared tuna mixture.  Cover with another bread slice.
  • Prepare all other sandwiches the same manner and serve immediately.
